Saw these posted on a blog recently and instantly began thinking of what ghoulish entrée I could create with them. They’re called Fiddlehead Ferns (wiki). I’ve never seen them at the local grocery store or farmer’s market so I think they’re hard to come by. Learn more about them here and on wikipedia. Roasted centipede anyone?

Disney has always had a place in my heart, especially when it comes to Halloween. Unfortunately they haven’t aired anything like this for quite sometime on their channel. Their animation and stories were truly captivating and extremely inspirational.

Official LEGION Movie Website

In December, the producer of the movie LEGION contacted me to put up his Christmas lights. My brother and I couldn’t have been more thrilled to be able to do this and think the end result came out quite nice. Below is a photo of his home.
